Bald Bloke 3,284 Posted August 11, 2017 (edited) "Just back from Belle Vue, massive respect to all 13 riders for putting on a show in really difficult conditions. Even more so after the last downpour which made the final 4 heats incredibly tough - visibility must have been next to nil!Congrats to the Aces on the win, but Kings Lynn fans should be proud of their team tonight, bags of guts & effort, thought they were terrific." Ooppps.......................Sorry,wrong thread " Hats off and massive respect to all 13 riders unbelievably tough conditions especially after heat 10 when rain fell heavily and diddnt stop,I thought that would be it at heat 10 but they came out and put on a show in horrible conditions. Racing full pelt passing and re passing. Brillisnt effort.Lynn deserved there point. A very proud speedway fan tonight after watching that. " Not again ..What am I thinking. hrhbig 69 Posted August 11, 2017 (edited) If someone has been signed off as unfit to work by a qualified medical professional and then choose to ignore it, there are potentially serious implications if something goes wrong. (Not wishing to be pedantic, it's could have and could still have)Self employed Edited August 11, 2017 by hrhbig

Junior Dont worry us morons will find something to bleat about next week the week after and any other week you want to name. Maybe we could bleat about posters who come onto threads and complain about other posters bleating.
Dornier 795 Posted August 12, 2017 What an hypocrite you are after going overboard defending ward as do you woffinden who also constantly slags off british speedway. Wealthy Ward pleaded poverty and british fans fell for it, He has quickly forgot what british speedway did for him before and after the accident. I agree with you there. he stuck up for Ward to the bitter end and now he`s playing a different tune.

John Scrutton 180 Posted August 12, 2017 The amount of time that Holder has been riding HE must have known that you can't leave a meeting UNLESS you are Ill or injured. this surly is the case in both Sweden and Poland.
TheReturn 1,724 Posted August 12, 2017 What a disgraceful thing to say, you should be frown of this forum for those comments, that bloke is in a wheelchair for the rest of his life, he needs all the help he can get I am not sure I read where the original poster was disgraceful? Ward may need help for the rest of his life, but Ward's comments about British speedway are disgraceful considering all British speedway and fans did for him. He's still tweeting crap today, so Ward was a douche before his accident and still is a douche post his accident. after what he's been through in the last few years he even would bother with the bull sh forum , like most riders , and would care even less what the flogs on here have to say about him. Flogs? If this forum is so naff, the exit door is that way ----> Use it.
waytogo28 2,054 Posted August 12, 2017 Ward is entitled to a point of view just as are we about, how we see his position. His opinion is nothing to do with now being confined to a wheelchair. We have done the best we can to support him but do not have to go along with his opinions out of pity.
