When the rain started in Old Town it was fairly obvious that the meeting was in serious doubt. We monitored events on this thread and when the hour delay was announced, we had a couple of drinks instead The right decision was finally made but little consideration was given to the travelling fans.. screm 8,057 Posted August 20, 2017 Have just seen a tweet that we will not be racing Somerset next thursday but they hope to run a meeting. When you see that Somerset would need more guests than their own riders that is no surprise.
