Questions surrounding both teams. It's a pity as with 2 full strength outfits it looks a good meeting on paper.

Why is it must win, never any chance of us finishing anywhere in the league. 7th at best, this season can write off now, like brummies. Both been poor.

Did look like could of been a good meeting but at least 20 point win now for belle vue, missing key riders but it happens and nothin can be done

Am only stating whats on Cradley's main site

"It remains a massive meeting for the Motor Market Heathens, who know they need three points to keep any hopes of making the Travel Plus National League play-offs alive.

And skipper Tom Perry knows they now need to deliver by winning all of their remaining meetings to stand any chance of earning a top four spot.

Said Perry: “We know we can’t afford to lose any more meetings now, this is it and we need to start delivering.

“We’ve been saying it for a while, but Monday really is our last chance. It’s going to be another tough meeting because Belle Vue are a strong side.

“It’s going to be a big night for us, but hopefully we can come out firing and pick up where we left off in the last few races against Birmingham."

Well. What a turn up for the books that was! Fortunate that Belle Vue had their own problems (glad to hear the injuries aren't serious) but Cradley's patched up team worked wonders last night.

Tom was superb and both Joe and Conor piled the points up. Thanks too to Connor Coles. 100% effort from him.

So we're clinging on in the play off race and could catch to Brummies but Kent and the Bog Moggies are looming large in the rear view mirror.

Quite an exciting end to the league campaign.

Having watched Joe Lawlor a few times at Belle Vue last season, I enjoyed seeing how has progressed last night.

Always showed ability, but has really improved, looked much smoother & showed good pace, especially when flying past Jack Smith down the back straight!

Enjoyed the battles between Connor Coles & Jon Armstrong. Glad Whitmore & the member of track staff were both OK after young Lewis crashed onto the infield.

Good to see a strong performance from Lawlor as he showed some good talent last season but has gone under the radar a bit this year.

I bet during the playoffs Bewley doesnt ride 3 meetings in a day and injure his groin during them, Bickley isn't in Czech Republic and Shuttleworth doesn't get whacked in the back with a bike.
