Swedish Elitserien Championship Cup

RR scored 7 pts. Probably in line with normal Vaculik score there (or better).

60-30 tomorrow?

Will be a demolition job at Vetlanda tomorrow. Poor track tonight, too slick and no chance of an outside pass. Well done Zmarslik unbeaten by the opposition. Fair play.

Very impressive from Vetlanda, have one hand on the trophy now.

A shame since the Smerderna track has provided some decent racing the last few times I've watched meetings there.

Agree again Shockster, staff track really failed tonight. Track wasnt like it usually have been.

Smederna have also been at their best when the tracks have been wet/rough.

Anyone know if this channel is available via the Virgin media platform (if that's the correct term)? I have access to all channels on virgin media including Premier Sports but there's no sign of a Freesports channel.

cheers in advance..

Sadly Freesports is not yet on Virgin Media - they have apparently yet to do a deal for VM to carry the channel.

Freesports is not available to all Freeview users sadly. Although it is broadcast in SD for technical reasons it can only be picked up on channel 95 if:

1-Your TV or Digibox is able to receive the HD channels.

2-Your local TV transmitter carries it.

Only main transmitters have the capacity to broadcast it. The many relay transmitters cannot.

Apart from that it's all simple ;-)

But Leon doesn't like any grip or water. They made it to suit him and he delivered. What a shame others did not.

Heard the track was very grippy back in June when Vetlanda got humiliated before interval, losing 22-38 after heat 10.

And only came back when track slickend in final part of the meting.

Strange that Smederna track stuff did not prepare it the same way tonight.

But like we said Leon is the factor probably and we all know he cries a lot when there is something wrong with the track.

RR for Karpov and tons of material flying around would be better idea tonight. :(

Another question for you

which country had a world speedway champion yet there was not one speedway track at the time in this country

Wales, 1950.

One also have to have in that Michelsen is that type of riders that can score 10p in meeting and 2p in the next.
Aspgren blew his best engine in the first heat at home against Masarna.

I also think Madsen would be able to handle a little grippier track.
