TonyE 822 Posted September 8, 2017 What is going on? The Lakeside Website in the meeting preview lists Bowtell as in the team.
TurnTwo 317 Posted September 8, 2017 Both teams have probably named both riders incase of rain off?
Alex2000 266 Posted September 8, 2017 Weve had some torrential rain here all day today on and off hope it clears away sharpish to allow track drying time!
Hunters 210 Posted September 9, 2017 Weve had some torrential rain here all day today on and off hope it clears away sharpish to allow track drying time! Cleared through before midnight, looks to be dried out by now and a lovely sunny morning so all being well a good meeting tonight. Presumably they forgot to put r/r by Bailey and Bowtell ? East End Fan 426 Posted September 9, 2017 Do we ( the Hammers) still have a chance to make the Play-Offs.?..It's become a bit confused since Kent won at Birmingham
TurnTwo 317 Posted September 9, 2017 I think you need a win at Buxton if you're to fully make it otherwise you will be looking st cradley a results praying they don't score
Heathen1984 139 Posted September 9, 2017 Have u seen cradleys team tomorrow, not a chance they will get anything tomorrow
TonyE 822 Posted September 9, 2017 A bit of honesty upfront wouldn't go amiss. R/R should have been declared at the outset in both cases. R/R for Alfie is a disaster waiting to happen for the Hammers - surely a guest could have been found.

waco 1,026 Posted September 9, 2017 If lakeside were serious about making the play offs.surely they should have gone for a garranteed big scorer like Bowen to guest not a chancer like Ayers ,,and RR for Botell will not cut it..don't fancy their chances of getting anything from this match.. TonyE 822 Posted September 9, 2017 Predictably, R/R scored zero.
liam 376 Posted September 9, 2017 Sounded like a shambles of a meeting
ruckerroo 792 Posted September 9, 2017 A horror story of a match really, very nasty wet grippy conditions. The 2 no1s kept falling off. Bates had to score paid 10 against 3 reserves and rr was abs hopeless and couldnt turn the bike. Hurry cba when he never led. Even morley looked unhappy on it. Plenty of spills not many thrills

cityrebel 2,960 Posted September 9, 2017 Fair play to all of the riders, for trying to put on a show in horrendous conditions.
