A ORLOV 8,628 Posted September 22, 2017 (edited) Gives our top two some practice on the track should BV make the final. Yes if they can guest for Swindon in the final. Edited September 22, 2017 by A ORLOV

A ORLOV 8,628 Posted September 22, 2017 The Peterborough meeting has been called off so might there be a change in the Swindon lineup with BWD, who scored 11 points at BV, now able to ride at reserve, providing he is not suffering from his arm injury. Now we'll see whether Swindon think THJ makes them stronger. He was fit enough to ride for Peterborough so I can't see any fitness problem.
bellevueace 912 Posted September 22, 2017 BWD was a fluke. So He won't score another max or even close to it again at NSS. THJ improves you greatly Think the conditions that night aided BWD as it was far from ideal, take nothing away from him though he handled the conditions, on a dry well prepared track don't think he would score like that. No that has put the cat amongst the pigeons, will THJ still guest, who is going to tell him not to bother coming over.
Steve0 5,517 Posted September 22, 2017 Gives our top two some practice on the track should BV make the final. and you had the temerity to lambast Swindon supporters for similar comments - you just can't help yourself
Steve Shovlar 10,439 Posted September 22, 2017 If Peterborough is off and BWD was riding, there's no reason whatsoever for him not to ride for Swindon at Belle Vue. Tough on THJ but Swindon have their own rider available now.
Skidder1 7,632 Posted September 22, 2017 I thought riders from other play off teams couldn't ride as guests. Only in the play-offs. It doesn't apply in the KOC.
Aces51 2,778 Posted September 22, 2017 (edited) Only in the play-offs. It doesn't apply in the KOC. I think you misunderstood. SS was suggesting the two guests tonight might get practice for Poole in the play off final. My point was they won't be eligible to ride as guests for the teams in the final. ABS 231 Posted September 22, 2017 Lashing it down in Manchester at the moment. Expected to pass through by about 4-5 p.m. Gives the track time to dry out - should be OK for this evening.
