BWD saving himself for the Prem play off final maybe, and Worrall proving to be no substitute for young Jack ....

Shame about Douglas, a rider who isn't bad at all, and decent value IMO compared to some like Gravesen etc

It's so wrong it's unbelievable. A serious shortage of riders and one who wants to come here, is blocked by people who don't know anything about the situation. Pointless rules.

But would he not qualify for a new one if he got in the top four of a State Championship?

Well done Panthers. Poor guest in Worrell but full marks to Tom Bacon who has improved immensely over the year.

3 heat winners out of 15, awful stuff from the Panthers. Only bacon can hold his head high. Will be spanked next round if we ride like that.

Only for 2019, unfortunately. He has to have a 12-month cooling period.

All the best

Rob

we did have 6 heats of 3-3 coming second and third. With an 18 point lead we had to make sure of no lasts. Taking into account that Worrell only scored 4 points as well, then I think job done. Onwards and upwards.

Worrall got 4 points and didn't win a race. The absent work around kid would have got 3x that and won 3 or 4 races. Can't see the problem and I'm sure Plummer and Johnson will say exactly the same.

Worrall and BWD taking the pee?

Harsh, how BWD got out of there with 3 points i1ll never know,he rode his nuts off for little reward

A poor guest simply isnt true,Richie is normally mustard around the EWR so a very good choice of guest, just didnt have a great night

on another note....some fantastic racing from both teams, really good meeting lady luck wasnt on Scunnys side tonight else could have been very close,Tero was a big miss at reserve i think but hey ho

Shame Ryan has fallen victim of the visa for next year.maybe better if he was a gay one legged Muslim and hed be ok rather than a decent young kid earning money and paying UK taxes

Ride bikes and earn a living-----Good Bye

Ride camel and do nothing------Hello!

Good meeting to end the season.

Scunnys top five all rode well.. (koc..so no average manipulation going on tonight..and it showed). Weakness at reserve proved our downfall.

Worrall may've had only scored four... but it was good to at least see him attack the track and attempt the outside runs.

BWD.....ditto.....

Chris Harris improved after looking less than impressive in his first two rides.

Full marks to Tom Bacon.. very impressive, didn't expect anything near that showing.

Some great racing on show tonight.. on a good surface. Nice to end with a win.

Roll on 2018...Up the Scorps!

Guest Scunny2012

A far better performance from Scunny than I expected, better racing being on a Friday night, unfortunate that Douglas reared and fell in one race,Kerr had engine failure when 1st and Auty fell when he ran out of track on second bend, couldn't understand why Bailey who was completely out of his depth was left in his final ride instead of being replaced by Morris, poor team manager in my opinion but congratulations to Peterborough who did just enough to get through.
