Flappy 1,605 Posted February 1, 2018 (edited) Team building really isn't a strength. The problem is questions won't be asked by the happy clappers who'll play hard done by and just accept the clubs line on it Edited February 1, 2018 by Flappy

Now this will be very interesting trying to fill 2 team places with 13.76 left to play with , but no need to panic say's Carl.
2ndbendbeerhut 1,781 Posted February 1, 2018 What happens if Scott or Eddie get a new first set of averages this season that are below 6? then can they ride?

In no other line of work would this be accepted. A GP rider can double up but not a British rider at a much lower level. They make the rules, regularly revise the rules and I hope this is not left to rest and taken further.

Should riders/clubs be notified a season in advance of the changes, possibly but whats done is done and all parties can move forward aggrieved or otherwise But it's a rule that hasn't really done the job it was designed to do. It's only stopped two riders (out of how many?) from doubling up/down. Whilst I don't disagree with the principle, it would have been much more fairer to all, and more effective, if they'd said that if you have a Championship average over 6, then you can ride in EITHER the championship OR the Premiership, but not both.

What a joke !
Baldyman 6,243 Posted February 1, 2018 Surely the joke was last season when they relaxed the rule for a free for all

( kenneths misses says . got fun yourself marrowbone .L.O.L. Edited February 1, 2018 by jenga
Baldyman 6,243 Posted February 1, 2018 (edited) Well if it's that clear cut...Wouldn't you be doing yourself and fellow riders an injustice if it wasn't taken to court..just a quick call to a no win no fee place would soon tell you if you had a case or not. if Scott is being shafted or the panthers ..do something about it.
