Peterborough Panthers 2018

So let me get this right. He would have been 51 years old, lured an emotionally fragile 17 year old in to the back of his sleazy van with the promise of free merchandise, whilst also bedding her 23 year old Sister in same said van, all whilst his poor wife was battling Cancer? Absolutely despicable.

 Raymond

Possibly Raymond, known as Tommy in speedway. I have always understood his name could be Tommy.

Whatever the confusion is over his name one thing I am certain of is that Scotts dad doesnt have a Premiership average over 6

So if Ged wants to give him a call Ray/Tom is elligible. Come to think of it he could fill both spaces :P

Well obviously he wouldn't need a van.

It's Raymond Thomas Nicholls, known to everyone as Tommy and he runs RTN Racing - see what he did there? ;)

Been away for a day or two and may have missed something but it all seem a right ruddy hames to me   , As Rick Frost once said to me those running Speedway would struggle to even  to run a Burger Van with any success

Back on topic. Still no news from Panthers

Spoilsport :D

I was enjoying the fact that the name of the man that runs the spares van at Foxhall was more interesting/important than the pussycat team :P

That may well be the case but undeniably RF ran a successful business  whereas those in charge of Speedway have overseen a steady decline in a sport that stumbles from crisis  to crisis.

We are urged not to panic  but that seems the only option at the moment

As I have said many times on here. I have a great deal of respect for what Rick and Julie achieved, and he needed a lot of help to know speedway. Great pits area down to him. Always with Swales but fell into bad company from Coventry. I think he realised that a few years later, and went in with Matt Ford as his sponsor, so he did see the light eventually and it would have been better for speedway for him to have stayed.

Wish someone would lead him back to the EoES then.
