This means absolutely jack! A few years ago, Swindon were looking to use Miedzinski and he went to Poole.  Swindon demanded that this was a full transfer and Poole said no - a loan only.  It went to arbitration and on loan he went - turning a valuable asset on a really low average into a worthless asset on a much higher average.  So Poole can demand a fee but the precedence has been set and the boot is on the other foot now!

just shows you what a hypocrite MF is... like above, it was good then it still stands now.

Not moody at all...................just hoping that a rule Poole used to get AM can be the same rule that means Holder goes to Somerset.

Funny how some Poole fans dont like it when it happens back to them!

Not bothered about it, as long as Somerset seeked permission to speak to Chris then it's fine! You can't blame Matt for trying to get a full transfer if there is no TV money and if it's true Chris isn't interested in riding for Poole again.

Think some on here have a very short memory!! December 2011!!!!! Um sounds similar to Adrian M but at that point he had not signed for Poole at that point!!!

So just to confirm 5th Dec Swindon announced Batch 2011 - Adrian was announced 19th January 2012 - so who set the ball rolling then????? Robins??

Funny how some people forget this little chestnut!

So is this another example showing that Somerset should get Noddy on loan rather than a full transfer or just you muddying the waters?  The example I used was justification for Poole not getting a transfer fee - no Swindon involvement and no dates about who did what first!

So, Miedzinski was offered personal terms in November but chose not to accept them as he was tapped up elsewhere. Swindon say no communication from Miedzinski from the beginning of December. So, it’s clear that Swindon had not named their side at this point as AM was still being considered.

Then, according to the BBC website Peterborough announced their line up in the last week of November 2011 but were looking to use Troy in the first week of December?

I am hoping you lads on the South Coast aren’t policeman with this sort of detective work.
