Moleman27 31 Posted December 28, 2017 Does make a good point, only at least two heat leaders should be missing at least possibly from a meeting as Hume and Bacon are Championship double up and Davey is Premiership so different fixed race nights.

Ever thought about getting Liam Carr as guest on those nights.

Dandelion 775 Posted December 30, 2017 Birmingham should sign Luke Priest, local lad and would show the young riders a thing or two, and he's on a bargain average imo, at least a 6.5/7 point rider

If they can arrange for Richard Hall to get a 6.00 average then they will find a way to sign Liam Carr for a 1-7 that they don't have. This is British Speedway, after all.

Brummie Boy 61 Posted January 2, 2018 Expecting the team to be completed with Layne Cupitt (4.00), Kyle Roberts (3.00) and possibly Tyler Govier (3.30). Although, the top end looks a powerful outfit, especially if Hume goes on to add points to his average, the tail looks a long one and may be our undoing on our travels. Cupitt needs to build on last season's form and one of the other lower end riders needs to make light of their low starting average if we are to be challenging for honours. Pleased to see Davey in the team, but concerned about clashes with Swindon fixtures. But who knows, David Mason may yet have a surprise up his sleeve for one of the remaining team places...........
