Should be a comfortable win for the home team. Can’t see many beating Swindon at the abbey in 2018.

Prediction: Swindon 55-35 Leicester

As far as I’m aware you can’t have R/R for a rider who has not ridden a match. He is a double up rider so this may allow some scope

I dunno about the reserves. Mitchell Davey  has started the season very well.

I hope predicted weather forecast of continual rain for the next two weeks is incorrect or this meeting plus those over easter will not happen.

pretty impressive  Leicester side beating Somerset on there opening fixture, could well be  championship contenders.

???  Leicester tipped for playoffs, Somerset not.  Leicester at home, Somerset not.  Don't see this particularly as impressive.  Wouldn't disagree with them being championship contenders though once things settle down and the Bates situation resolved.  Glad Somerset provided reasonable opposition; good for both sides.

MEETING OFF  being rearranged for April 12th.

Keep an eye on various media because if the forecast does not change Mondays meetings may go the same way.

Interesting to see who gets priority for Thursdays in these circumstances - thats a reserved date in the Ipswich calender and could be needed if Good Friday v Lakeside is off.....

As both would be re-arranged, then it goes down to 2nd priority 1st, which to me makes it Zach riding for Lakeside. As Lakeside do not own either Morris or Ellis, then it goes to 3rd priority, which makes it Ellis & Morris riding for the Robins. That's my interpretation of the rules but that remains to be seen. You never Know with speedway.
