the reserves will switch with Dan Bewley at 7.

They won't switch the reserves.   Makes sense to leave Bewley where he is at No.7 to cover heat 8.

Agree with that.

Worrall is really good at Poole so makes you weaker.

Can't see us getting much out of this match, despite the fact that the Aces have given Poole plenty to think about over the last 3 years. Pirates looking a really solid side this season.

Losing Steve Worrall is an absolute hammer blow as I've commented on other thread. He has looked rapid in our meetings to date. Rides Wimborne Road well, quality on the road for Belle Vue full stop. On the plus side, Dan Bewley will get more track time at a place he has yet to shine on, all part of his development.

Prediction: Cookie not in full flow yet & Poole not Fricke's favourite track : 53-37 Pirates.

Carnt bring in another 8pt rider

Not sure if there's a rule saying that you can't re declare with more than one over 8. Might be a loophole. If there is, keep an eye on Poole ;)

Not Kenny. One 8 pointer allowed.

Comfortable Poole win.

I’ll be coming down for this as I want to have a look at the old place while I can.

I’ve not been during the Fraud era for obvious reasons but the current rumblings have stirred me into action.

I’d booked this when we had our pre injury/broken heart line ups as I could see an Aces victory. Now it’s just a run out for the patched up Aces against an already strong pirates sides bolstered by the addition of PK.

It’s just me coming along as the cost for the family can’t be justified at this famously gate & go venue.

Looking forward to it anyway, just needed to dig out my Simmo rosette.

You sound  enthused ..

The Aussie Champion, an Under 21 Champ, a Poole track specialist and by all accounts the best young rider since Michael Lee taking the rides of a third heat leader. Strengthens Belle Vue no end.

You really are either thick or trolling.

Fricke hates the place, Tungate started the season slowly, Starke and Bewley not in the same class as Worrall

Do everyone a favour and dont comment if all you can do is troll.

Everyone knows Belle Vue are weaker without Worrall so as i said thick or a troll you decide

Lol!

Fricke hates the place? Have you asked him? An u21 world champion. He should breeze around Wimborne Road. No excuses.

Only a few weeks ago you were singing the praises of Tungate when he won the Aussie title. An Aussie champ should breeze around Wimborne Road. No excuses.

Starke knows Wimborne Road like the back of his hand.

Bewley is no slouch at Wimborne Road.

Belle Vue are not affected by the loss of their third heat leader. It’s not as though they are missing Cook or Fricke. They have riders who can easily cover for their third heat leader, who you are making out would have got double figures!

Somerset have no meetings this week so Charles Wright would be an obvious choice of guest!

You have not got a clue have you Worrall this year had started like a steam train he is near on impossible to replace on that average.Away from home he will be greatly missed and it is a massive blow to him and the gelling of the team i have followed Steve's progress ever since he had his year with the Robins  to say he won't be missed is utter tosh.As for Fricke i will judge his form around Wimborne Rd when they have a proper racetrack to race on not one that has pot holes on the first two bends as big as Cricket balls. When are you on holiday ??? the sooner the better it will be nice to get a totally unbiased home report on meeting's for a change anyone bar you will do nicely.

Steve Worrall got 16 last time at Poole yet you dont think he will be missed lol.

Your nothing but a joke and a troll simple as.

Just for the record in that same meeting Starke got a whopping 3 and Bewley only 1 yet you think they will cover a rider who get 16 last time!!

When you have something to say that makes any sense let us know.

EVERYONE has said Belle Vue are weaker without Worrall , Poole fans included, so are you thick or a troll??

Steve Worrall is a third heat leader. You are making out he would have scored double figures on Wednesday. 6-7 points, possibly 8 but that should easily be covered.

Cook and Fricke are better than Worrall, so thats 2 of the 4 heats likely to bring in more points than he would have scored. Starke, if used in the correct heat, would cover. What Bewley scores might take back the gains made from the Cook and Fricke rides.

Belle Vue are not worse off with Worrall out. Now if they use a guest in say, Charles Wright, that might alter things.

As for going on holiday, yes I am off to Bassano del Grappa on the 26th for a week. Looking forward to it already.:approve:

Shanesy got a maximum against Wolves last year. Doesn’t mean he will do it again. And how can you compare last years Poole team to this when there are only two survivirs?

Looks like the ranting Gavan is back. Looking forward to an hilarious summer of fun.
