Well done to Rye for their point.

Still can't work out if Poole are on the fiddle or just sh!te.

As expected a comfortable win for Poole over a poor 4 man Rye team. The reserves clearly won the match for Poole but the top end needs to improve and yet again Brady a bit mediocre.

R/R made no difference at all

Poole can’t expect to keep carrying riders when the better sides come to town.

Comfortable ?  Was Harris leading or second when he fell.

That makes it a draw otherwise?

Thank goodness you signed Nielsen otherwise it would have been embarrassing.

Simply not good enough tonight, to lose by 4 to the weakest Poole team we will ever meet.

Well three riders don't beat an opponent, Kennett rode for this lot last season and still only beat Clegg, after 10 heats we were 6 down and even with an interval we fail to think of having a tac/sub with KK and Nicholls available and Clegg has gets an EXTRA ride tonight, Im not sure which fact is the most amazing

On some positive notes, well done Bomber, hope you can hit a good run now goodness how we need you, thanks KK for not losing interest and Scotty for continuing to defy "old father time"

Poole lucky the Rye manager forgot to use a tactical! And that Harris fell off!

Kurtz form has to be a worry surely?

I know this happens quite a lot but this year more than ever it seems the gulf in terms of reserves is frightening. I mean there are some struggling to hit 2 or 3 points and others getting double figures.  The 1-7 are a team I get that, but meetings are being won more and more by the reserves. Rye missing Robbo has hit them hard and would have won tonight, also another off night for Eddie. Poole were lucky and don't see them getting near the play offs with this team.

This has all the look of a potential banana skin.

This is going to be close.

Sometimes I just know. All these people saying 60-30 etc have little idea. Rye had 4 track specialists in their lineup. It was never going to be a one sided affair like some predicted.

what is amazing though is that the Rye team manager failed to use a t/r. I had already filled in KK for heat 11 when Summers came trundling around. Rye got a 4-2 but with KK it would have been a nailed on 5-1. Add the throw away heat 13 when Rye were on a 5-1 and I can happily sit here smiling at our win.

Paid 6 from the Kildemand/Holder spot in the team shows how weak we are at the moment.

Kurtz was woeful tonight. More up and down that Zebedee.

Linus had his best meeting for us.

Woryna was bad out of the gate then all over the place. Lost paid 2 when his cutout came out on the last bend.

Josh had a new engine and was improved.

Spanner was solid.

Nielsen was excellent. Good reserve pairing.

For Rye Harris should have gone through the card but fell in heat 13.

Summers did his job.

KK looked unbeatable but was then 5-1’d.

Nicholls was excellent.

Kennett was woeful, as were the reserves.

So 3 nice crisp points in the bag for Poole. Ned From the Echo reported Piotr Pawlicki had been seen in Poole today by two seperate people. Make of that what you will.

Up the Pirates!

Poole don’t have a big hitter that can be relied upon to get double figures and with the inconsistency of the rest of the side it looks grim at the moment

Could be a vital point given away by Poole in the battle to avoid the relegation race off.

Poole didn’t give away any points. 3 in the bag.
