Jeez - park here, don't park there, arrive early, don't leave early, pre-book your seats blah blah blah.  Should have just had it at Peterborough.

No chance, looking forward to another club doing it.

If everyone takes the advice of arriving early to ease congestion, the congestion moves to being earlier also?.

Any one know who the replacement riders are yet  and if there are any more changes apart from Danny and Kyle.

Thats where the variety of human nature kicks in

Some will comply as they are programmed to

Some wont listen to the advice because they dont like being told what to do

Others will have plans to comply but incompetance will delay them

And then their will be those 2nd guessing everyone else to be clever and aim for what they think is the perfect slot

Overall you SHOULD end up with a generally orderly trickle from early til close to start time

There will then be the last minute log jam for the waifs and strays that can be used to say 'told you so' next time :D

From Redcar Facebook page a bit more info:-

For the Championship Fours meeting limited disabled car parking space will be available inside the stadium and at the very front of the main car park by the turnstiles. All car parks will be stewarded and they will be in radio contact with each other.
No vehicles parked inside the stadium will be allowed to leave until the meeting has fully ended so if you intend to leave prior to the last race do not park inside the stadium.
Staff car parking will be in the Stunt School Arena to the left of the turnstiles.
Limited Motorcycle parking is also available inside the main gate.
Whilst additional car parking space has been secured please allow plenty of time to enter the stadium as you may have a short walk to the Media Prima Arena.
Those people that have enquired about grandstand seats will have their calls replied to on Tuesday.
Additional catering units and pop-up bars will be in attendance around the stadium.
We look forward to seeing fans from all clubs on Sunday, bring your own sun tan cream!

Will be interesting to see where the riders 55 vans will be parked also where they will be able to house 110 bikes in the pits. Another thing will the riders that don't  make the final also be made to stay in the stadium like all the fans will have to after until the meeting has finished.

All Fans aren’t being made to stay inside the stadium until the end. Only those who have parked their vehicle inside the stadium will have to stay until the meeting finishes.

Mind you if you are in the car park outside it might not be possible to get out until others move.

Lakeside have Alfie Bowtell riding as Kyle and Ben are injured and Zach is listed as unavailable, I guess that means we have no rider at reserve and I doubt we will be the club which finds itself in that predicament today, some of the line ups could be quite farcical for what is meant to be a prime meeting on the racing calendar.

Never liked the fours competition as it exposes just how vulnerable the sport is without guests and rider replacement and whilst Lakeside are lucky in that they will be able to at least track their three heat leaders, there will be teams that end up having to go with two second strings and two reserves and that's not fair on anyone.

Why isn't it fair?

it’s not fair on the teams who are weakened or the paying fans who want to see a competitive meeting with the best riders of each team, I get it that injury’s are part and parcel of the sport but some absentees today won’t be for that reason.

As always it’s the fans that suffer or they stay away and the sport suffers even more, we all want more fixtures but it’s no good if they are not attracting the support required to fund them.
