rainhamred 0 Posted June 20, 2018 Forgive me if I am missing something but if a rider starts on a 3.00 average when does the3.00 get re-assessed.At Eastbourne Jason Edwards is now in the team proper yet at Birmingham Leon Flint has been racking up the points but is still at reserve as is Drew Kemp at Mildenhall.What are the rules on this.
