Charles Wright badly missed

I wouldn't say so, equalled out by having Covatti at reserve

We could of had Covatti in for Jepperson and kept Wright in the team. Vissing has been woeful and after the Poole meeting needs replacing with someone half decent at this level.

He had two full houses there in 03 i remember, is this his first since?

I only recalled one, so that would be his 3rd maximum at the OTA if that's the case. Quite some record that!

Basically Vissing has to go. I don't want to say it as Iike Claus but he clearly is not the standard of a Premier rider and not a heat leader. In two meetings he has beat Max Clegg. It puts more pressure on Lawson and Holder especially when we face two big guns like NKI and Lambert we need our middle order to be firing.

Both teams will probably consider valuable points dropped tonight. Could Kings Lynn not find a better guest than Clegg?

Vissing is one of those, just when you want him to go "missing" he pops up & has a good meeting...v. annoying

Couldn't agree more. Charles would easily have scored more than Claus's current tally of 1 lone point in 2 meetings. This would have affected the outcome tonight...

Covatti exceeding all expectations. Vissing the reverse.

Good performance by Kings Lynn though. NKI majestic.

Totally agree. Gary Mays made a howler in signing Vissing he’s woeful and has to go otherwise the play offs are gone. Bring back Wrighty !!!

Two other things :

1. Doyle - what was he doing in heat 13 riding into the pits with a lap to go. It didn’t look like he had a bike problem more he just threw his dummy out his pram as it wasn’t going for him.

2. The track - its been crap all season. The racing is woeful and most meetings have one line - it’s follow leader and awful entertainment despite the announcers churning out the same old tribe each week about what fantastic racing we have. Sorry this won’t wash anymore and needs sorting out. The club have had 3 months now to sort this - no more excuses get the track issues resolved and restore the OTA back to where it should be , as one of the best race tracks in the country.

How did he do that

The point is Vissing has replaced a heat leader who was regularly winning races particularly at home. The added benefit of having Covatti at reserve is lost by having Vissing - he wouldn’t even make a good reserve at this level - let alone heat leader.

If you’ve not been to the OTA the pits entrance is just past the 4th  bend and open  (with no pit gate) he came out of the 3rd bend on the 3rd lap and just looked like he gave up when stone last . Ofcourse he may have had a bike problem but it didn’t look like it

Well that was a good result for Lynn.Although 4pts up with 2 to go slightly disappointed.Maybe if Toft didn't have a retirement in ht 14 we may have got more. All we need now is a constant 1-7 and a 3 pt scoring number 7:D.

Nice to see Niels back to his best, hopefully.

6

He was way behind at the time & even without the retirement, he would never have got in a scoring position, the rest were too quick for him on this occasion.

Appeared to come out on his second bike for Heat 15, certainly looked like a fresh bike to me.

Definitely correct Naj. Before tonight, the one & only away rider to score two maximums at the OTA, and now it's three
