Two semi-finals, one with 6 teams over 12 heats and one with 5 teams and 10 heats, with a 12 heat final (I believe it's the top two from each semi going through).

Not quite. One 22 heat semi with the top 4 Qualifying for the usual 12 heat final.

Lakeside - Morris , Lawson , Ellis , Newman

Newcastle - Robson , Morris , Aarnio , Kus

Ipswich - Schlein , King , Heeps , Covatti

Scunthorpe - Garrity , Auty , Allen , Manzares

Sheffield - Howarth , Kurtz , Wright , Bjerre

Edinburgh - Andersson , M Riss , E Riss , Ruml

Berwick - Summers , Jakobsen , Howe , Doolan

Glasgow - Harris , Worrall , Vissing , Kerr

Workington - Proctor , Bewley , Jensen , Campton

Peterborough - Nicholls , Ostergaard , Palm Toft , Wilson Dean

Redcar - Barker , Jorgensen , J B Andersen , M B Andersen

i think Workington have a good chance , along with Glasgow and lakeside , however when this event has been at Peterborough, I’d always say Peterborough should win but , even tho this is at redcar , I believe redcar haven’t got a chance , as this is the track where away sides come and take points because it’s so even , anyway Add your thoughts below

Think there could be a few changes when The Poles decide who they want on Sunday.

Cheers for that.  Redcar didn't even know what the format was last week!

So other teams stand a better chance of winning it.

Because he has a better average around the MPA than either Lambert or Bacon ??

Looking at the teams I would say Glasgow should win.

Ipswich without Danny King, replaced by Danyon Hume and no reserve. Won't be wasting my money going with a team like that, not a chance of winning. The big question is which Heeps will turn up.

My money would be on lakeside - but I haven't got any.
