Superb effort and what a great result for us, certainly didn't expect that tonight considering how hamstrung we were and how well Newcastle have been doing lately, but still, fair play to all the lads who turned out that was impressive, a big well done!! :t:

To have four scoring riders and win by ten is really something else

Should of been more as couldn’t understand why your manager replaced Josh Embleton in heat 11 with Kyle Bickley when he could of used the then unbeaten Rasmus Jensen who ended up only having 6 rides

Pretty much in control at that point,it's all about giving young Bickley track time, and boost his confidence, and if and when he does click things will only get better

Well done to Workington fully deserved their win, it was great to see Rene back at brough and also the progression of Bewley.

As for us just beaten from the tapes in most races and had to fight from the back in most races... apart from one man who wins 3 races and then might as well of packed his stuff away. The management should not accept that (He just gives up in first lap and its a joke!) when the other riders are trying everything in every race but just not good enough tonight.

Exactly what was said with the crowd I was standing with.... only the words pathetic and disgrace to the club were used

I have seen gating tarts but they dont just make it so obvious and just practically pull up and look at the bike every race!

more track time for young kyle and a confidence  booster to get his full quota of rides and feel part of the team . one day it will happen ,we just have to be patient and wait for that day . get him used to being part of a winning team . all hail the steam rolla  that is workington cornets !

Brilliant stuff from the lads all weekend, and especially tonight with a weakened team. The other lads must have said right it is down to us 4 tonight lets do it (for the team) and boy did they.

We need to stick with Kyle, he is on the pace and will get there. We have seen it in the past with Richard Lawson and Cookie amongst others, eventually it will click and he will be away. Charles Wright was another who struggled, though it came together for him after he left us. We just need to be patient, the lad obviously has talent, and hopefully he and us will reap the rewards next year.

If the Comets can't fit the home matches in before the deadline the BSPA should be ridiculed far and wide to show how the sport is being run.  What's the committee of MPs  doing who supposedly represent the sport? Other things I suppose.

Comprehensively outgunned tonight.

Some chickens thst have been staying away from the coop came home to roost and we were second best throughout.

None of that actually matters, of course, If there are no resources available to change the team.

Beaten by a better team tonight  but could not understand some of the refs decisions and re-run one after two laps and then resulted another two again after two laps.
