Think you are forgetting about this beauty from last season!

Having to stay at home and watch the match on the box tonight. A first for me with a home tv meeting I think.

Bit worried about how French Dave’s wrist will hold up and the prospect of entire sections of crowd going missing in the dust plumes.

They have been watering and grading the track for the last 45 minutes.

Anyone confirm that BT are pulling out next season?

Supposedly North and South leagues next season with a number of teams returning including Reading, Oxford and Exeter...

Can’t verify the information but has anyone heard anything.

Quite probably. Seemed strange re Reading, Oxford and Exeter, as nothing heard previously, which is why I asked the question.

There could be more to the tv deal and the league structure.

Bellego should go from 15 metres. But he isn’t.

That's what I thought....

Or is it refs discretion?

The track isn't good is it?

You would have thought it would have been completely soaked and a bit 'slippery' for a few races..

Going to be a dust bowl...

Have they not got the water?

Crikey watching a speedway rider shut the throttle off half way down every straight.

What is all that about Jack Smith?.

From the 2018 regulations

15.8.1 If the Referee stops a heat, following an incident or accident, where the rider causing the stoppage and his team partner were in third and fourth place and a re-run is called with one of those riders excluded, the Referee has the sole discretion to order that the remaining team partner will start on a 15 metre handicap in gate position c or d (the opposing team does not change positions).

If a team is on the losing end of a 5-1 and one of the riders falls, the other rider should start from 15 metres in the rerun. Simon Stead should know this and been on the phone to the ref.

Mind you the ref could be the same geezer from Cardiff on Saturday.:icon_smile_clown:
