Workington v Newcastle 7:00 pm 28/07/18 Koc

So the new season kicks off in earnest with Workington up against the Newcastle Diamonds, the Comets will need to defend a 10 pt lead after the great away win at Newcastle .

Rain is forecast all day Saturday but hopefully not to heavy and prolonged.

Fingers crossed the weather holds out :neutral:  No home meetings for 3 weeks hope our boys get dialled in and protect the 10pt lead

Today's forecast would suggest the worst of the rain will be tonight/tomorrow morning and iffy during the rest of the day, hope the BBC,s rain blobs were "misguided" :D

Has rained a bit this morning,but not to the level thats forecast, early days but still a chance we can finally put the diamonds out of their misery

where im at not too far away we are getting mix off strong winds short heavy showers and bright sunshine 

anything could happen between now and start time
