Usual sh!he comments from the Poole haters who weren't even at the meeting bar 1 I assume!!!!!   What a load of muppets. And as for Lambert, you're a childish brat.

So if it was on purpose, surely Poole will be fined, they can’t do that, health and safety and all that?

O rap up. You lost and your team was disgraceful not the track or any propaganda by Lambert.

"So anyway we need to spend so much money on bikes and new rules with having oil catchers and they go put a can of oil on the track. What a disgrace to British speedway."

Where in the above statement is Robert saying that the oil was on the track during the meeting?

So why put the photo on twitter then.

The track was excellent and the comments frankly are disgraceful.  There was no issues at all and to think that if oil was on the track  during the meeting the riders of both teams would not have had the ref and officials take a look. Why would we put oil on when we were so far ahead.

Kings Lynn just not at the races tonight  simple as that . We’ve all had meetings like that when it doesn’t happen and for them tonight it didn’t happen.

But to make comments like that is totally out of order and does nothing to enhance a sport that is struggling as it is.

great meeting, crowd, racing, and result.stayed a while after the meeting chatting and waiting for traffic to clear, seen the oil put down from a container,on entrance to first bend and into the bend, lambert photo it on his way to shower, must help track prep, remember riders always said tracks were good in 50s and60s because of the oil that leaked from the engines

So, Lambert's tweet is accurate. Surely he deserves an apology from the Poole fans. He's right, it's a disgrace and illegal to contaminate any grounds with oil.

His comments are clearly not about the racing on the track but rider's having to use oil catchers.

I have a theory that Poole have dumped that oil on the track accidentally on purpose, isn’t that what they do on Aussie tracks?  Someone posted a pic on twitter the other day of the same thing in Aus when Batch kicked off about the Swindon track .....

If they wanted to do that they'd just do it when nobody was there. Obviously.

Robert didn’t say the oil was on the track during the meeting, only that it is a disgrace that it’s been leaked on the track when the riders have to provide oil catchers on their bikes.  It now turns out it was deliberately spilled on the track for preparation but should it be?????  SCB to investigate I reckon :D

The oil catcher bit sort of loses credibility when you say "What a disgrace to British Speedway. Thanks Poole Speedway" when it was clearly an accident.

Lets hope the riders are ok, first and foremost.. Hope Ty and Bomber are ok.  Lynn are having some bad luck at the business end of the season, again. Hope Ty is just a bit battered and bruised at worst, with nothing serious. Bomber is made of steel, it seems.

Good win again by Poole. Lynn, what can you say. I expected a Poole win with their reserves scoring big, and they did. But with TJ up and down, MPT not going to good and Ty's fall, we had no engine room and not much at reserve either. And a poor scoring Number 5
