It's been a mixed day weather wise, torrential thunder storm around mid-day, followed by brilliant sunshine, so should make for excellent track conditions (if there no more further heavy rain).

Lots of speculation surrounding Lasse Bjerre's position in the Sheffield. I was hoping we might run Sheffield close and possibly a win, but after the event of the past week, I'm more optimistic of a Redcar victory. But this is Speedway and as we all know nothing is certain when it comes to Speedway.

Can't see anything other than a win for the Bears, know they've got guests in for their Danes, but still see them getting 60 points! Probably even higher tally for the Comets tomorrow if that one is on. Sheffield need devine intervention at present, let's all pray.:)

If it’s on it won’t be 60 points!! I’d go for a 50-40 with wright Kurtz and Howarth usually along the lines of being a hand full

Obviously not.  If you were sacked from your place of employment on the Thursday, would you go to work the next day?

Nothing on the Sheffield website about this meeting except to say it is postponed and nothing on the website about tonight's meeting at Workington

he obviously had been sacked then.i think that he has been treated appallingly.he would have ridden at redcar on friday and rode last night at derwent park to help the tigers to a point.they then announce that he has been replaced without any explanation, not even a "thankyou for your services and best wishes for the future"disgusting!!
