Yes, and Chris would have had every right, if he has not signed a contract stating that Poole have every right to decide where he can or cannot ride in the UK. One will when they are denied the possibility of earning a living in the UK. Did Swindon sue and stop Magic riding for Poole, no he rode where he wanted. Dennis Andersson retired from professional speedway about a year after he broke his femur in three places at a polish meeting in 2012.
