We would have had to declared our new side yesterday so that Pickering would fit before the averages change on the 1st June. From today it'll be too late & Pickering's average will have gone up & thus won't fit. Unless you're a Swindon owner or Rosco there is no way you would know this. Stab in the dark springs to mind.
