Hope we can get a couple of home meetings in before the 14 th April and get our season under way. Possibly a challenge and a league or cup meeting !!

Per BSPA statement Official meetings not to start until April. Not sure if this would affect any possible challenge matches

Shouldn't, as Newcastle have said they hope to open on Sunday 31st March with a Challenge against Redcar.

I believe that the first meeting will be the 90th Year Anniversary meeting.

Thanks for the info. Any idea what date it will be staged or what format it will be?

From the STAARS meeting;

Kyle has kept fit by going on holiday with his girlfriend to Costa Rica.

The referees don't report back on the quality of the track any longer.

Steady thinks Somerset will be up near the top of the league.

Fixtures will be out any day now.

First meeting will be 90th anniversary celebration.

There could be something different about the race jackets for the 90th anniversary season.

No plans to run a national league team as access to stadium for race dates would be prohibitive.

Ricky Ashworth has been riding a pushbike at Manchester velodrome.

Out of interest is there any plans to include an MDL team again now the team is racing on the weekend?

Would be good to get a few extra races.

Just wondered as the Sheffield fans took to the NL standard meeting that took place last year? Plus with the promotion having a lower division side based at Leicester adding an MDL side into the mix would create the full conveyor belt for potential rider progression and offer extra races to any fans who wanted to view it.
