Belle Vue V's Wolves 27/08/18

Not the same in the slightest. We are always pants at the NSS so we never stood a chance.

How a 6 man team can’t beat a 5 man team (given the 2 missing were from the top 5) is beyond me.

Gotta agree on winning the league comment. Bewley completely irreplaceable.

Of course it's the same.  We blew tonight due to, too many falls again, but it was 5 v 6 and IRR actually helped wolves.  If 6 should beat 5 then 7 should beat 6 simple as that.

Loosing Rory and having masters and thorsell take rides improves you. Rory not fit properly. Would have struggled tonight.

But that was a shambles by us to let that slip. No excuses

Yep nothing to do with 5 v 6 that made no difference, but we were 6 up and had a few races we blew heat advantages with falls.

Also we have threw a lot of points away this season when in good position with 2 or 3 races to go.

Hopefully we get top 4 again and then it's not been to bad a season.  We won't get close if we get in though now Bewley is out

How the hell did Wolves win that? Should have been a cake walk for Belle Vue. Whoever finishes top will be heading straight to Manchester in the semis first leg.

Maybe because Wolves got 8 points from IRR, which is probably at least as many as Schlein would have scored coming back from injury. Effectively, it was two six man teams. Congratulations to Wolves on their victory and to the Aces on picking up a point. It was a shame to see Thorssell sliding down when he was last in heat 15 when we were on a 4-2 but we know every team has done it.

The crash with Schlein and Howarth looked nasty. I hope that both are ok.

The loss of Bewley has made us much weaker, particularly at the moment with only Worrall and the reserves able to take his rides. Next week Tungate will also be eligible, which will help but if we get to the play offs and we won't if we don't pick up a point at Swindon and lose at home to Somerset, we are now going to find it difficult but that's speedway.

No sh!t Sherlock, one word Bewley! He is irreplaceable, was scoring far higher then his average, R/R scored 5 points from 2 meetings, Bewley would have scored at least 18 if not more. Of course any team is going to pick Belle Vue as we are severely weakened!

You seem to have great difficulty in understanding how the sport works and for someone who goes quite a bit thats scary.

Wolves were able to track IRR for Schlein which netted them 8 points so in reality lost nothing in that respect.

Just as we have not been allowed to use the guest facility for Dan what will Wolves do if both Kyle and Rory cannot ride due to their injuries?

They could have a guest for Schlein and r/r for Howarth.

Erm maybe becuase we were without the irreplaceable Bewley?

Wolves were not a 5 man team as IRR for Rory meant every rider could cover and they got 8 points for a rider who would of struggled all night.  Belle Vue have had riders missing all season with injuries it's a miracle were still in the top 4

Think we will do it the other way and have a guest for Howarth but I guess it depends on what guests are available

Not good, hope Rory is ok. Sad to see two big accidents in such a short space of time, kind of dampens the enthusiasm somewhat.
