Mint meeting last night at Worky.

Track very good and the Bears certainly gave the Comets a proper one to race against as opposed to the Diamonds who were rubbish. Even the comets fans next to me enjoyed the second half of the double header more.

I was entertained by the workington - Redcar meeting. I wasn't entertained seeing workington rip Newcastle to bits

I don't thin the Newcastle meeting was as bad as some are making out 

yes it got a bit borining as result was obvious after a few heats 

but like you I don't mind seeing my team get beat if its a good meeting without any controversy

 seven 5-1s and four 4-2s.

Don't get me wrong i like seeing both teams race, but this was something else when you consider people wrote off Workington at the start of the year because of last years team.

This year has seen the team make even the front runners in the Championship sit up and notice and get beat at their own tracks by the Comets.

and the others were for minor places 

but there was still some entertainment from the meeting
