MD 1,305 Posted September 11, 2018 #pumped We shouldnt have been so worried. Track was well prepared so perhaps unsettled the visitors.

Tigerforever 86 Posted September 11, 2018 Special mention to James Sarjeant who has taken a fair amount of stick from certain people on this forum recently. Great performance tonight in the main body of the team and has increased his starting ave from 3.25 to 4.21. Well done young man .

Weeyin 1,020 Posted September 11, 2018 Tigers were on it , Craig leading from the front and another 15 point maximum , there are not enough superlatives to describe him. He is inspirarional both on and off the track, had fab back up from Bomber , Sarge, and the rest , apart from poor Jack who had mechanical gremlins. When Cookie came out on Jordy Stewarts bike , i feared for his maximum but he flew round the outside and into the lead. For the Monarchs Josh Pickering and guest Broc Nicol impressed as did Tigers guest Jordy Stewart. It was a happy journey home, wouldnt mind the same again at Ipswich on Thursday. Paulco 7,072 Posted September 11, 2018 Well that was much easier than i expected , not a nervy moment all night . Apart from Riss and the entertaining Pickering , the Monarchs were poor . Though guest reserve Nicol did his best , agents Palovaara and Worrall were woeful . Cook , as usual , was a class apart , but the whole team were up for it , none more so than guest Jordan Stewart who had a cracking meeting . Nothing beats beating the Monarchs to warm you up on a chilly Autumn evening .
Mr Blobby 2,648 Posted September 11, 2018 (edited) Embarrassing, woeful, spineless. With the exception of Nicol and Pickering. Track seemed a lot slicker than normal compared to any other time we’ve been there this season don’t know if that caught some of the boys out or what but we deserved nothing from tonight. Thought some of the racing tonight was very good. Some cracking stuff. Oh well mon the witches and the hammers. Due to the rain all day yesterday and showery today it was the only way they could prepare it fairly unlike others. Anyway how could it catch them out do they not notice these things during there track walk, hopefully we take the momentum on to Ipswich and seal 4th spot.

Doesn’t mean that they are going to get the set up right. They’ll obviously have a base set up in mind from previous visits this season but obviously they would of been of no use tonight. No excuses however as we were a shambles tonight and got everything we deserved beaten by the better and hungrier side tonight.

Gr8scot 589 Posted September 11, 2018 Congrats to Glasgow, by far the best team on the night, well deserved win. Cookie was worth the trip thro and the admission money - I’ve missed watching him riding flat out like that. Coming back to the Championship League has brought the smile back. I said Bomber would benefit from having Craig around so I’ll pat myself on the back now Have to say I was unimpressed and embarrassed by the boos from a small section of “Monarchs fans” towards Craig. Bl@@dy short memories some people have. 5 years of sheer joy and that’s what he gets for trying to earn a living......... Impressive nights for Broc Nicol (thanks lad) and Jordan Stewart
