There is the problem . The BSPA should be telling the clubs the dates the meetings have to be held , not leaving it to the clubs humming and hawing and squabbling over it .

Why bother with play offs when you get this kind of nonsense .

Who cares how hard can it be for 2 clubs to sit down and agree two dates, there making it as difficult as possible or is it one club that is doing that rumour has it.:)

Why should we choose to go to Workington without our no 1, (although we may have to now, ) No team in their right mind would choose to do so.

And this is the problem that Paulco rightly states, the BSPA should be the ones setting the dates based on each Club's official race nights!

If the Glasgow fans are saying comments like the above why should Workington be jumping to them, why should we choose to run on a off race night to suit the opposition!

We wanted to mainly run meetings on Friday nights throughout the Summer, but were stopped in doing so, I can therefore totally understand the club's stance.

Why on earth would we run one of our biggest meetings for years on a Sunday night with a 7.30 start, that's a potential substantial lose of revenue, how many away fans and families would that put off! It wouldn't make good business sense would it.

Not the BSPA. That would raise the thorny question of vested interests influencing decisions. Better to be an independent arbiter or, at least, a trio of promoters from a different league.

Good old rumours hey  my god never think for one minute that Glasgow are dragging their feet...depending on how Craig gets on next few days with tests you might not have him any weekend soon anyway !! Paulco is one of your own and agree's its no good waiting for your top rider to be about , we have had to go with r/r, guests throughout the season when one of our top 3 have been missing why should you lot be any different
