BORDERNAPOLIS 2018 (Berwick, Sept 29)

Recommended Posts

Looks like a pretty busy night!   Balanced field, interesting new faces, 23-race GP format and an after-party!

Regular prices (£15, £11 and all U-16s free) too, which is refreshing, compared with the increases sometimes sneaked in elsewhere.

It's been a great season for the KLS Bandits, let's finish it off in style!

Well done to Berwick for putting on meetings after missing out on the play offs - unlike some others who have just packed up despite there being mre than a month of the season left

Are Ipswich still running the 16 lapper?

Seems a well balanced field as CG says.

Pretty good looking line up...well done Berwick,  shame my own club can't be bothered to do anything for their fans to finish the season off.

No Dany Gapp.?

Think he has a prior commitment (like Theo).

Was on the website or Facebook (not sure where I seen it mentioned).

Well, there were 27 races at the Starza, and it was over before 9pm -- 23 shouldn't be a problem.

As for temperature, it is Berwick-on-Tweed in late September, after all -- put an extra layer on!

Is there anyone going to this meeting who would be able to text updates to the Updates site? If so, could you please send me a private message which includes your mobile phone number.

Thanks

big well done to kyle on his win tonight

He was the deserving winner with a good pass in the final.  Downside to the meeting was that there seemed to be a lot of engine problems last night (hopefully not to costly for the riders).

If David is back with Berwick next season maybe we could try signing Kyle as I think his 2 best meetings were Sheffield and this one (maybe he brings out the best in him).

Garrity pulling after 1 ride is not very professional, surely he has more than 1 bike in the van during the season.
