On the subject of refunds, I wonder if Matthew is minded to let season ticket holders in for free tonight as partial repayment for 1 x Cancelled 70th anniversary match and, 1 x Rye House match that failed to materialise. I guess, if he doesn’t, he could have a few creditors come the end of the season...

And on that note, PLEASE don't shoot the messengers!! My sister and I will be on the season ticket gate and no, we have no idea what Matt is doing tonight re season tickets, so please be be nice cause whatever he does it's not our fault lol

Just seen a tweet from Ned Payne which suggest Summers is now out for Somerset & Howarth comes in. I would say that strengthens Somerset (although I must admit I don't know his scores from this season at WR).

Howarth 7 from 4 rides in May, 3 from 4 rides in Sept.

BWD 5 from 5 rides in June, 5 from 4 completed rides in Aug.

Howarth hasn’t done great at Poole this season however I’d still say this strengthens the Rebels. Shame to hear about Summers being injured tho.

Let’s not forget the Garry May statement after the Somerset track doctoring episode, “Quote” - “Ah, this games all about Tactics” - “Unquote”. So, if he can’t doctor the track, perhaps he’s importing a few other “tactics”. Maybe we should hire in the F1 master tactician Toto Wolff for the evening!!!!

Also I would say Howarth is a better gater than Summers which is what you need at Poole.

He started this season on 6.64 and is now on 5.16. He has had a poor season, losing 1.5 points from his average.

His Championship average has also dropped from over 8 to under 7 this season

Can anyone remind us rules if 2nd leg finishes 46-44?

3 golden heats....? Whether that is an extra 3 proper heats or just 3 run offs I don't know!
