Always going to struggle when only have one genuine heat leader in the team.Even at home heats 13 and 15 are more likely to go the way of the away team

Not a great night for Berwick at Leicester, having gone down 54-36 making the second leg very difficult indeed, probably impossible. No doubt the knives will be out again for Gappmaier, and to a point I can well understand as a zero score away from home is no good what so ever. But could we have a look at other parts of the team, Coty Garcia, we were told at the start of the season, was going to be the heavy scoring reserve and help take the pressure off Leon Flint, what`s happened there as high scoring reserve he isnt.

Coty like Jye another one riding not fully fit. Surprised tonight by NBJ performance, rode really well at Leicester last season in Premier League. 18pts is possible to bring back, should be interesting next Saturday.

The whole team is just inconsistent, don’t think we have any chance of pulling back 18 Pts. Happy to be proved wrong though.

Granted, though the club reported that both riders were "refreshed and firing on all cylinders", anyway if its true that that are not fully fit you could ask whether they should be riding at all. As for over turning an 18pt gap, I admire your optimism but I think Leicester are more than capable of holding Berwick over the two legs.

Probably by not fully fit, should have said race fit due to lack of meetings at the moment. As you say Leicester are more than capable of doing a job next Saturday but we have seen some strange results before. Hopefully get some decent weather and crowd.

Still a chance for the second leg. Danny might have got the Audi badge again but can score heavily at home . Nbj will score more at Shielfield as will Leon and hopefully Coty. . If they score as they normally do then the points gained and lost by Leicester could make it a close run thing. It would be great to see a big crowd get behind the lads and the promotion and put up a fight to the finish. Mon the bandits.

Just be thankful of speedway instead of moaning about the team , Leicester are a very very good side , and they would have expected to win the meeting comfortably

That's what forums are for people expressing their opinions every one has differing opinions

Keep faith Bandits fans, Worky overturned first leg deficits equal to and greater than this last season,  if the riders want it badly enough it's certainly possible.

Awful display. Track very poor.

Leicester arguably the strongest side in the league. Probably the Newcastle exit offered a more realistic chance of progression with Edinburgh in waiting.
