I stated that Chris will like it if it is deep, but the rest may not.

“Sir Arthur” will coach the rest of Bomber Command on how to deal with anything that Buster can serve up, including bomb sites!!

Predictions:

Kings Lynn to win by 8 on the night.

Ellis & Howarth scores combined won't equal what the missing Danes would have scored individually. I'd say Iversen 13 from 5. MPT 12 from 7.

Me to avoid BT sports all night

I don't see how you could expect Iversen to score anywhere close to 13!! And I'm not so sure Palm Toft was going to have 7 rides tonight!!  If Ellis gets 7/8 from his programmed rides and Howarth 8/9 from 5 I don't think it would be too far off what the 2 Danes would have scored!!

Klindt hates grippy tracks, Woryna and Jakobsen won't know what's hit them but I don't think King's Lynn will still have enough.

Harris will love rolling in the deep and Grajczonek and Worrall will also not have a problem with it.

R.Lambert, Jorgensen and Riss will be fine and S.Lambert can get 6-7 points on a deep circuit but it will hinder both Ellis and Proctor. Both slick specialists.

So overall, tonight will finish up 48-42 to the Stars. Poole win the Premiership title.

I think you could be right with lose of palm toff makes life very difficult for you Ellis could do well if he gets out the gate let's hope its a good meeting with no injuries

NKI don't like super grippy, might be his shoulder, I dunno. I'd of expected to chip in with 9 from 5 rides, coming good when the track slickens off, in time for heats 13 and 15

I'm hoping Adam can bag 7-8.

Although people, (mostly Poole) fans were getting exited about MPT's BV score, I would expected him to have 1 of Simons rides and maybe 1 more along the way, scoring around 9-10 from 6 rides.

I see Howarth struggling, around 4 points tonight (and his best mate is a Poole rider so I've read ) I'm sure he will try his best.

Lynn's engine room should score heavier tonight, and they need a big one.

Anything can happen.. I'll go 50-40.

It was a big bad error and the consequences for KL went far beyond it and no question you guys came off very disadvantaged. I suppose the easy answer is oh well it’s speedway but it does not help the showpiece final of a sport that is trying to attract a new and bigger audience.

I don’t have the answers but I have a lot of questions for the people who run the Sport and have voiced these in many emails all of which have not even had- a reply. When administrators won’t engage with fans they miss a real opportunity of listening to other views some of which would be well worth looking into. As a business owner I regularly seek the views of my staff and customers to make sure I am not dropping a ball and it’s a great way of keeping things in perspective , speedway has lots of loyal fans and at times it seems that have to put up with what is served up and what is decided by others . All promoters want the best for their teams and will know every possible way of exploiting any loop holes that’s knowing your business perhaps some non promoters and business people and marketers should be invited on to a management committee whose job it is to protect the integrity and future of the sport.

Best wishes to both teams tonight may the winner be Speedway

You've almost brought a tear to me eye D!!;)

The gates to the AFA are already open, there is lorry after lorry going in there at the moment. Must be delivering new material for the track.

Promoter Robin Brundle tweeted this morning that work on the track re-commenced at 5am this morning. The photo he shared looked like they were watering the track heavily.

God knows what's going to happen tonight, could be any score.

Just hope the Stars riders use the 'behind closed doors' practice session later this afternoon to get dialled in so that they can hit Pirates with some 5-1's early doors.

That would make it interesting!

Hope the lorry isn't carrying any more house bricks for burying amongst the shale!!! :D

Going in afterwards . There are rumours that Buster is running an oversize engine in his tractor for tonight as well

On a serious note, you know what your gonna get tonight, a fast, grippy track.

A deep loose surface of shale may suit the Kings Lynn riders, the only trouble with that is that Chris Harris will like that as well.

1 out of 7 might suit Lynn;)

Starry..... I think you know the answer...Lynn have never won it, since 1965.... They touched bottom of the league at 1 stage, and finished 6 points clear. NKI injured Sunday, MPT injured Monday. Poole allowed a rider that don't fit Weds... How would you Poole fans feel.

Mate, injuries are part and parcel of the sport we know that. Yes its unfortunate, but you have to feel for BV, As well. Anyway, 16 points is a fair cushion, but i doubt any of our boys will take it for granted. Its not done until its done.

Remember being at Newcastle when Comets were there, with Howarth then a Comet, my mate and I got talking to a young girl standing next to us ..who was on her own.

We said we had been Comets fans for many moons.......she said she was Howarths' girlfriend........she added  - so you might have heard of my Dad then ?.....he's Neil Middleditch.

Sincere apologies if that is no longer the case mind (regarding Howarth that is..)....but we both told her we had indeed heard of her Dad... lol...........
