During the last few weeks and bearing in mind season tickets no longer being valid I have spent well over £200 on Panthers meetings and other things to do with the club only to be let  down . Totally Betrayed.

So we've broken even over the last couple of years. 

Does that factor in the Jack Holder money?

Perhaps the problem is that the owner spent pennies he couldn't afford in trying to buy success. Saw it at Glasgow with previous promotion trying to do that.

I would suggest the asset system in British Speedway is all but dead, who'd pay out for riders who pick and choose our get told when and where to ride by other clubs and countries

The lack of available dates at the showground, could be a big obstacle for any prospective new promoter.

Or have serious community ties like the Glasgow promotion.  Not only did they save the Tigers when they bought Ashfield stadium but they also ensured the security of one of Scotland's oldest Junior (equivalent of English non-league) Football Clubs.

Been problems for nearly 20 years but I've just been looking at PCC LP36 and the timing of the effects of that will decide when speedway isn't wanted any more. But as 4/5 years ago, there is no flexibility for a year out. If it finishes it finishes for good.

The Tigers Promotion are obviously very wealthy people,but buying the Stadium and the surrounding land could prove a good business investment in the long term.Well done to them.

It is really a question of what the leagues look like in 2019 and then deciding that if availability is an issue could the track host NL racing as an interim measure simply to keep it open. If that was an option could it be taken over by the supporters? Hopefully a buyer will be found but perhaps now is the time to think about plan b and c to keep the venue going. Once it is lost that may be it forever. If a buyer is found hopefully it is not at the expense of losing a track in another part of the country. Whatever happens, fingers crossed for the team and the supporters

Why not a little flippancy, we all know that in five years time there will be only two teams in the Premier League as all the others will have gone bust. Look forward to a league season of 10 home and 10 away plus the cup final over two legs. The only thing profiting will be the Dartford Crossing. As Buxton and Iwade complete the grueling 22 match schedule.

Support dropped when moving from the then, elite league to then premier league , I wouldn't think it would help dropping down to the national league and couldn't imagine it would last out a season. Just a slow agonising death.

So am I correct in assuming that the "taking a year out facility" by effectively putting the clubs "licence on ice" for a year which is open to clubs is definitely not an option for the Panthers
