Any prospective buyers would complete due diligence. You can't cook the books.

Ged gets no benefit from lying. He's telling the truth.

There's been more books cooked in Speedway, than burgers in McD. Running speedway is more about a guys ego, than his financial brain.

For those that weren’t able to attend, was anything of interest said at the fans forum on Friday?

Ged will not close club down and Panthers will run in 2019. Three interested parties  re purchase and one could be finalised this week. Panthers stitched up again re purchase of Coventry assets by "Gang of Two" and or MH. They do not own assets but have only got half the money back.

same old cack tho with M , you know when hes   telling fibs  his lips move ,

So Peterborough down own Harris or Nicholls?

I know Scott has been very happy dealing with Ged and appreciated the backing he was given both before and during the season

No they do not own any of the riders originally announced. They have paid the money but were only given half  back.  MH and " Gang of Two" strike again

Ged needs to ask Scott for his legal contacts ;)

Ben Barker commented a few weeks ago he wasn’t a asset when he thought he was.   What about Jason Garrity wasn’t he sold on to scunny in return for MPT.

So we have paid for these riders but now down own them and have received half of the money back. Can anyone explain just what has happened , something seems dodgy here , who did Ged buy these riders from are yes Mick Horton was it. Well he's not the first to be sucked in by Mick Horton and I don't suppose he'll be the last . How is it this crook is still allowed to be a promoter.

One would assume that the original announcement that these riders had become assets of the club wouldn't of been made public without it being a done deal, the mans more of a crook than the gits who phone you looking to scam you.

So does that mean that Scotts contract for a second season is now null and void as his registration is held by someone else that most likely not on the agreement.

Also wasnt it the sponsors who put up the money to do the deal

If the correct process was followed the money would have been paid to the BSPA and they would then approve the transfers and disburse the payments once all documents were signed and countersigned by the BSPA. The only time this doesn't happen is if the purchaser is paying by instalments then the documentation is not in place until the final payments is made. Unless the parties have bypassed the BSPA in which case they take all the risk and responsibility.

I hope your not suggesting that people were doing deals without the proper authorities being informed first ;)
