And buster

Pity, it's not so easy to remove Buster as it would be to oust Allit and "full of promise" Brundle. Need a decent sized Lottery win and that would be a waste of the money in buying the stadium unless you could creatively bring it into better multi-use post-UK speedway.

Well done Somerset great result against the seasons table toppers. Still think it’s madness that KL are not rewarded for finishing top, for them a whole season of effort for nothing.

BPSA keep your silly rip offs if you have to at the end of the season, but please properly reward the team that finishes top, come on they are the true champs whatever way you try and box it.

Many congratulations to my team and all the management and supporters down at Somerset. We have come a long way baby.

Well Iversen failed to do anything tonight. Been rubbish for Kings Lynn. Iversen let Lynn down terribly.

No suprise it was a stroll for Somerset and it would have been a slaughter had Allen ridden tonight. Where was he?

Time for Allitt to go?

Well done to the Rebels. Looking forward to starting next season against you with the shield opener.

Well done Somerset. Got to feel for KL who were the best team over the season but injuries hit at the business end of the season and they have nothing to show for the successful year they’ve had

Lynn won the same as Swindon, Wolves, Leicester and Belle Vue. Nothing.

Unless you class runners up as winning something.

What would be the point of a trophy for finishing top of the league?  The champions are the team that wins the play off final and that's all that's important.  Would kings Lynn fans be any happier with a top of the league trophy, no is the answer.

Congratulations to Somerset on winning the KO Cup, an excellent season for them.

10 days ago us Stars fans had our sights set on 2 trophies. 10 days later we have nothing in the cabinet. The Stars ran out of steam when it mattered most. We can find excuses to make us feel better, but the team weren't good enough when they needed to be. Another season gone which had so much promise , but ended up with sod all.

No one moans about this in Poland or Sweden. Its just modern speedway and it shows who delivers under pressure.

If we all owned a speedway team we would want the playoffs. If it was just a league no way Kings Lynn would have got the fans they got for Semi Final and Final and that tops up the bank balance at the end of the year.

Try being a Leicester fan. 4 out of 5 years with sod all, apart from a collection of wooden spoons.  :D

You know exactly where they have cheated! Nick Morris’ average was too high to guest for Brady Kurtz in the second leg and by using him rather than a legal guest - they cheated (i think they would have won fairly with a change that was within the rules).  There is NOTHING in the rules that allows this replacement by Poole.

But when we used him it was in the rules...

Congratulations to Somerset best team  over the two legs. The usual couple of suspects having digs at Lynn, but overall they had a brilliant season and lets hope there's will be more to come.

I do actually agree with Shovlar on a couple of points though.Allitt does he motivate the riders enough,i'm unsure on this we probably needed a Rob Lyon over the last couple of weeks.

And Iversen,i have had much admiration for him for sticking with Lynn for so many seasons and doing so well. But to nearly drop 2 pts of his average is unthinkable considering he has been doing well in Sweden and Poland which are arguably much tougher leagues than in England. He quite visibly backs off going into the 1st corner for one reason or another. If he was on top of his game here we would have been a lot tougher nut to crack.

But on the season over all to be tipped by many to finish bottom or very near to it,me included we have done so well.Alright we never won anything but topped the league,in the play-off final and KO Cup final that's not bad is it.

And for those that think the KO Cup is dead and nobody attends, well the crowd was very healthy again tonight so well done the fans for that.It proves there is support there it's just finding a way to make them come every week.
