Quite possible that Berge would prefer to join a side including David but yeah it's quite clear to see Dmitri would be a no brainer especially away with his gating ability .....possibly on a converted average of 3 something

To be honest Shocker, Berge is hardly a secret is he.!! Unless Rosco  is Stevie Wonder in disguise Rosco knows all about his capabilities.

Not sure where Lidsey’s average has come from??

Rode in Ekstraliga last year (only 1 ride mind u!!) so pretty sure he will be a 5.00 or at the best a 4.00.

Pretty sure Cooky will be back now Doyle has gone to Swindon as there were rumors he might go there but not now as they will be too top heavy.

Worrall also nailed on to be back

Can’t help but think the Aces need some new faces to freshen things up ?

Lydsey 5.00 , wow !

It’s 5.00 in the champ so surely with making the prem better it should be 4.00.

I would hope so and then we can have him at reserve!!!!

He’s ridden Ekstraliga though so this always seems to lead to a higher assessed average for some reason??

Like Drozdz last season. He had ridden Ekstraliga and came in on assessed average of 5.00.

How does that fit with the proposed new 1.5 conversion rate??

Surely assessments should fall in line with that

From what I understand.

If you go champ to prem it’s a 0.75 rate.

So if it’s 5 in champ then 3.75 in prem.

which is why I think they say Becker and Lindsey are 4.

Also unfair to say Lindsey has rode extraliga. Has done about 6 heats.

I would give them 4. Fred Jakobsen was a 4 so give those 2 4s.

How many meetings did Berge ride for Belle Vue? On the final averages he is listed as a 4, but surely he rode enough meetings to get an established average?

He only did 3 home and 5 away so missed out on a real average.

He only rode 3 home matches and therefore remains on his assessed ave.

4 home and 4 away before you get an official ave.

Interesting, thanks. Therefore in 2019 will he ride in his assessed Premiership average of 4 or his converted Championship average of 5.03, which will be 3.35?

Depends if the minimum 4 average for non Brits has been retained

If it has been dropped then it is likely to be the conversion you state

I'm on managers duties again this morning. This time being sensible and realistic.

Our budget is unfortunately not as big as before or as others so it's safe to say that team moral should be high on the agenda.

Just look at worky last year. What made them whitewash everything was there team moral. I saw it at first hand. The riders were best mates. They rode for each other.

So with that. How about this

Fricke
Cook
Bewley
Worrall

This leaves 13.47

Rasmus jensen 4.39
Mason Compton 4.21

(Team moral)

Leaves 4.87

We can add Bach 4.79 (Team moral)

Jake Allen fits
Josh auty fits
Aaron summer's fits

So who would you finish with. We would have decent reserves all year.

1 thing we have not hard for years is riders going up and down all year from 2nd string to reserve. That's what we need.
