Cant really disagree You have to have a set of principles and anyone who fits that is entitled The trouble with trying toweed out an individual is that often you then rule out others you dont intend or want to

Bash 496 Posted January 15, 2019 I don't see why any rider should get a reduction. They have an average and now you are giving teams an advantage the more British riders you have in a team. With the state of speedway and the cost cutting more teams will opt for home based riders so no need to reduce averages. Also, how do they work out rolling averages with the reductions or do they use existing averages.

So he was bad at Wolves and disliked Belle Vue even more yet still averaged nearly 9.5 in a league where most teams contained 2 GP riders Wasnt too shabby overall then......

Falcon1983 557 Posted January 16, 2019 British Speedway will never see that kind of level again.... not for another 10 years or so at the very least... Doubling up will take 10 years to sort out, the Championship/National league need to be joined but then split into a North/South division, Amateur speedway or at least low points money, needs to attract young british riders of the future.... then the Premiership if there is a top league to go with it needs to be a 12 team semi pro level... tracking to run on any day they wish, ideally Thursday-Sunday speedway, £8-£10 speedway

Crowds are dwindling and clubs are closing, that unfortunately is the reality of it...
Reviresco 708 Posted January 16, 2019 Bit late, but a warm welcome to KP. A good inclusion in the Coven and could easily fill the third H/L role.
