Goodbye and thank you for the memories (for now!)

Recommended Posts

while I think the overall product and entertainment is better in the current championship as we have to call it

I think Ipswich are better suited to the so called upper league

hope the move works out well for team/club and all its followers

Whilst excited at the prospect of the move up there is also a tinge of sadness to be leaving the Championship

I have thoroughly enjoyed the Witches latest time in the 2nd tier and the banter on here with a great set of fans all over the UK

I hope you all have an enjoyable 2019

No doubt I will stick my nose in every now and then :t:

Yeah i enjoyed my trips to Ipswich , your club and fans were a great asset to our league . All the best back in the top flight

I'm just pleased I got the chance to manage the Workington team when we won down there....

To still retain my 100% record as a manager and an away match to boot was most satisfying to say the least...

In fact it was bootiful!

Thinking about that last line Bootiful Bernard may have been from Norfolk so if that's an insult to Suffolk folk apologies...

Good luck in the top league and keep on enjoying your Speedway

Regards

THJ

Well I’m gutted.  Seems we have lost our identity and club. Buster now owns the hottest prospect in England in Drew Kemp.

Every fan wants more variety and more fixtures so we get less of both. Buster has just bought clubs to prop up the premiership as terry Russell did previously.

The AGM has done little to address the real problems just moved two clubs in different leagues.

The social media race is open to abuse with opposing fans voting for the other clubs reserves instead of voting for their own riders.

Well im now off to cancel my 400 club membership. After 23 years of paying monthly to the save our speedway fund I’m not keen on it heading to Norfolk with our rider assets.
