When Bomber can ride BP like that it makes you wonder what the hell the rest are playing at!?!

A decent meeting last night with some good racing on a sometimes tricky track. There was an excellent crowd for a challenge match, so a lot to be pleased with for the Lions management.

Very good meeting for a challenge match, Josh Bates the best for the home team while Chris Harris was the visitors star performer.

new track record for Bates and I believe once the track ( which I believe has been completely relaid) settles down we could be in for some decent racing this season.

also worth a mention for Jack Thomas, he got a couple of gift points but he also took a couple of decent scalps along the way.

Thanks for the victory parade

I believe the Witches were offered victory parade on Saturday but declined as Bomber was needed for BSPA press duties and Danny King wanted to go out for a practice so the management said No.

He performed well at the pre-seaon training camp by all accounts.

Sadly that was the only time , must have performed ok off track as his wife had a baby.
