Sorry to ask a question not related to this, but just a quickie... is there a close season / winter meeting anywhere in Poland ?  I seem to have memories of a December or January meeting in years past - i'm due to be over there at some point over the winter so was just wondering..

Cheers

I’m not certain but i think they have held the odd ice meeting somewhere up in the hills and i think an indoor meeting is also run during the winter somewhere.

Piotr Pawlicki and Maksym Drabik are both being reported as having withdrawn from this meeting.

It's crazy to think that their unavailability for a meeting in 2019 could keep them out of the SGP until 2022.

It will certainly lessen their chances- here is a Google translation of a PZM communication on the subject.- the golden Helmet comp will therefore be an early competition in 2020 as always.

If any Pole gets through to the GPs from that 4 it would be a surprise.

Nah, PePe is starting his charge back to the SGP series... If Greg can still get a place at 50 there is plenty time for PePe :D
