Poole v Kings Lynn. 11/4/2019 Shield 2nd leg

Recommended Posts

Weather is set fair for tomorrow. Both teams full strengths.

Kings Lynn need to make up a ten point deficit from the first leg. Can they do it?

Poole have their first meeting of the season and Holder, Busk-Jackobsen and Covatti need time to settle into their new track. Pirates could be vulnerable if Lynn fire on all cylinders.

Will it happen? Will it hell. Poole easy winners.

According to his Instagram he still hasn’t found the issue with his bikes.

Yes Jack Holder and Covatti don’t know the Poole track lol. That’s the same Nico Covatti who got paid 8 points twice last season from number 3 yet is now a reserve ..... can’t see him struggling.

Poole to hit 60 or they won’t be as good as Ipswich

Yeah about as vulnerable as Anthony Joshua would be fighting Louie Spence

From what i saw at Saddlebow Road a bit of a home walkover is on the cards.

If Poole don't hit 60 I'd be shocked

When the fixture mattered,  in what was the biggest match of the Stars  long history,     we still succumbed to 4 consecutive 5-1 's  and later trailed by 18 points .    Now, in a match of little importance , and already 10 points adrift,   this has to be  the most uninspiring match possible...   If you could think of reasons why this sport is in such low interest , this match highlights them all.

I will be most surprised it the Pirates don't rattle up  60 points,    at least....

Might be uninspiring to KL fans, but Poole fans will be looking forward to their first meeting of the season and the first trophy for the 2019 cabinet.

No doubt about it the first Trophy of the season will be going in the Poole Trophy cabinet.  Can take one of the ‘Dog Collars’ out to make room for it.
