Otherwise a tenner could be costly for points come the play offs. If a rider can get there surely he should. If he can get there but it costs £100 - £200 more by other means then he should? It's not a case of if he can but it costs more. It's if he can he should be surely? Edited April 17, 2019 by Bald Bloke

Poole should ride on Easter Monday instead. When all the holidaymakers have left? Yeah great plan.
Dickie Head 241 Posted April 18, 2019 Travelling by road from Poole to Redcar on a bank holiday afternoon for an evening meeting just doesn’t bear thinking about. I see Zach and James have to go to Eastbourne for a 3.00 start so Sarjeant and Berge will guest for the Robins.

Why should Eastbourne move from what they consider the optimum time to stage a meeting for their business? Been much better for all concerned if Poole/Swindon was staged on Monday: a day when the top division has priority.

Rules are CRYSTAL CLEAR...PL have priority Monday and Thursday and CL other days. When the Fixtures came out Birmingham were away at Eastbourne on Good Friday at 3pm. Poole decided to run an "off PL day" so face the consequences, well done for once to the BSPA for playing fair.

There will be absolutely loads of contrived nonsense meetings with riders coming in from all parts of the country, and elsewhere, to earn a few extra quid representing other teams than their own through the season.. So one more contrived meeting isn't going to make any difference to the sports credibility, and if the bank balance proves it was worth doing then that is all that matters.. Promoters know that all credibility has been lost a long time ago, so they might as well run on the best days they can to get the best return... Nothing to do with rules .know need to shout. I just ask the question why Eastbourne could have started a couple of hours later that's all
