Peterborough v Belle Vue Prem May 9th

Peterborough take on Belle Vue again Thursday for Premiership points and will be hoping for a much improved performance on their season opener against Belle Vue in April.

Carl Johnson has stated that he thinks Bjerre will be fit enough to return for this match so expected teams are 

Panthers: Andersen, Bjerre or RR, Barker, Wright, Tungate, Summers & Wilson Dean.

Aces: Fricke, Worrall, Bewley, Wells, Bjerre, Berge & Lidsey.

Doubt this will be on. Pissing it down all day today and more rain tomorrow :( fingers crossed though

Peterborough will be stronger without Bjerre.

Belle Vue can improve from last time too, Bewley will score more then 1 he did in his first meeting back last time and Wells can’t do any worst then his 0 last time.

MET office has it dry all day so hopefully they’ve got it right.

I’m less than a mile from the show ground and it’s raining. Albeit only a little. There’s not much wind about to dry the track out though. Don’t know how well it drains round there

Looking likely to rain all day till 6 now. Will leave it late before setting off. Not much drainage at the track is there????? Or am I wrong

The area took a lot of rain yesterday but the track was prepared and packed ahead of the weather.

At the moment it’s cloudy but dry with light showers forecast.

Seems to be a small band of rain just over Peterborough area that should have cleared by now but just seems to be hanging around.
