teaboy279 1,038 Posted May 27, 2019 Considering the track conditions are traditionally slick on bank holidays and today was no different. Watching Danny Ayres today was a joy to behold, when he missed the gate being the highlights of the day. So 3 points for Kent means one hand is on the National Trophy, with the Wighlink Warriors needing to win both the home and away matches against Kent this upcoming week to prise the title down to the south coast island. And I suppose most importantly for gloom mongerers all heat 15 heats were completed with a break between 14 and 15 to allow all the juniors have another ride.
TurnTwo 317 Posted May 28, 2019 It’s only taken a number of years but Kent have finally put on a show lol, now get the programme sorted.
duncrusadin 2 Posted May 28, 2019 Hats off to referee Stuart Wilson for not only changing his decision following the "mistaken identity" in heat 4 but publicly apologising as well. Rarely do you see a ref do either in any sport. Great to see Danny again - and riding so well - but a solid performance from all six Kings saw us through.
