Poole v Ipswich. Prem. 18th July 2019

Recommended Posts

A tough meeting for the Pirates on Thursday with the visit of Ipswich, who will be out for a quick revenge after being beaten at home by a patched up Poole side last week.

Ipswich have track specialists and can cause us problems, especially if we have to go with guests again. Good news in NBJ has returned to the track and scored well at Leicester today. Brady and Covatti can’t be too far away from a return, either.

Chris Harris is due in Togliatti so whether he rides or not we will have to wait and see.

Should be a thriller.  Thoughts?

Thoughts... You beat them at their gaff, with a "patched up" team. These track specialists keep cropping up.... You do try ;)

Track is lovely and smooth.  And you can pass on it as well.

I don't think there is a "properly patched up" speedway track. Might last till the end of the season :P

Should easily be a 16 point home win. After losing at home and getting beaten at wolves,, witches will be low on confidence

Bomber is out on Thursday.

As he’s the number one they can bring in a guest.

Is this true or are you making stuff up again? Doyle is riding for Swindon, apparently, so no reason for Bomber not to be riding.
