balderdash&piffle 720 Posted August 10, 2019 Never quite understand why in the UK speedway is off because of rain. Two sets of tyres for wet or dry conditions, and just get on with it

Personally I will always post weather updates on the day of a meeting, if nothing else to assist those who have a distance to travel, thankfully something I dont really have as I`m five minutes from the track. Our train is just leaving Glasgow Central in 10 mins , so I'll keep an eye on your posts

SharpenRake 1,479 Posted August 10, 2019 Met Office forecast for Berwick-upon-Tweed looks promising. After Eastbourne it will be nice to visit a friendly venue whose team will be hard but fair. Be interesting to see how our new Danes do. And please no more injuries for either team. Forecast a win for the bandits but may be we'll be worth a point. Glasgow must be looking at an away win.
