England offensively ball in hand were good. Much quicker than in the last two games and lots of creativity.

Some very debatable decisions helped Wales.

But English indiscipline was shocking again.

Terrible from the start, good from about 30 minutes onwards and to getting back level.

But Individual discipline in the last 20 minutes was worse. Defensively players also switched off on more than one occasion.

Itoje is a brilliant player, who's been phenomenal at International level so far but he plays on the margins and seems to be falling foul of referee decisions consistently at the moment.

Agree with you about Taulupe another magnificent game, carries the ball so well, gets over the gain line, doesn't lose the ball, and back to contributing lots of tackles and getting around the pitch.

That being said Billy Vunipola also had a good game as well.

George North finally has sorted out his positioning from a defensive viewpoint and had one of his best games at Outside Centre.

Sheedy came on and delivered at what he's good at, also kicked well.

Wales want to play a more expansive game, think he has to start as we look far more comfortable.

What is it with England and discipline,  is it poor coaching, or arrogance...this stupid penalty count has being going on too long now.

Well done to Wales, some people gave them no hope, first time they've scored 40 against England. 2 very debatable tries. Why do England keep putting in Sarries players, lack of game time and quality. Decider against France March 20. About time Italy dropped out.

You were saying  Have a few VBs and celebrate an outstanding Welsh win:t:

Is there a better forward in world rugby at the moment than Taulupe Faletau;)

Monsieur Pascal Gauzere had an absolute blinder:rofl:

England were more creative but their discipline was shocking!!

Thought Wales played outstanding despite the dodgy ref and a thoroughly deserved win. Hopefully that sees us win the Trophy now but could do with the Scots doing us a favor vs France,  if that ever happens.

I think Eddie needs to shake it up a little and try out some other players in certain positions. I think some players seem to be nailed in and maybe those have gone a little stale and feel that they are safe and need either to up their game with a youngster snapping at them or maybe being dropped or on the bench might get them out of the comfort zone.

Agreed.

May, Daly, Slade and Farrell look short of form, drop the ball too often, make bad choices and lack a bit of weight, Billy Vunipola is too one-paced and predictable, Wilson and Hill don’t look international class, the props haven’t dominated and Cowan-Dickie needs a run of games.

We definitely need a hefty 13, a more dynamic number 8 and the return of Sam Underwood.

Last time the Lions played England had a tour to Argentina and from there Eddie tried some of the younger/fringe players and from that we did get some of the squad that got to the RWC final.

Maybe this year with all that is going England will not be able to tour in the summer but if they were able to then maybe they could do the same and try out some different lads and look for alternative options not just for now but also looking towards the next world cup.

Simon Amor needs to reflect on the fact that to beat a rush defence you must either stand deep and pass wide quickly or use a speedier, bulkier back to break the line and pass out of the tackle.

Instead we’ve been using slow forwards who recycle only by going to ground or faster backs who lack the weight to prevent getting wrapped up.

Result of the weekend Cornish Pirates 25-17 Sarries :D

Proof that ring-fencing the Premiership is wrong, well done Poirates. Some tight results, Leicester 33 London Irish 32, Wasps 19 Gloucester 20, Worcester 23 Bristol 24.

Your spot on, ok maybe fair enough to ring fence it this year as a team might be bottom where the team above won more points due to cancelled games. Hopefully the relegation/promotion will be back next season but we will see as now they have put this in the top table will try to keep it.

It looks like we’ve got the necessary shake-up:

Max Malins will make his first start for England after being named at full-back for Saturday's Six Nations match with France at Twickenham.

Malins, 24, is one of three changes from the side beaten by Wales, with Luke Cowan-Dickie starting at hooker and Charlie Ewels in the second row.

Experienced duo Elliot Daly and Jamie George drop to the bench, as does lock Jonny Hill.

Centre Ollie Lawrence is also included in the matchday squad of 23.

Wow, best match of the season so far, played on fast speed like super Rugby and great handling!

Best half maybe. Like so many times, bigging up a game at half time and the second half falls flat. Too many mistakes in the second half. Almost hands it to Wales now.

Indeed.  Glad I said “so far”.  :D
