Bagpuss 10,779 Posted August 26, 2019 (edited) Track very grippy, track record broken, racing quite processional. Am sure it will improve though. Lynn need to gate better, Aces heat leaders having it too easy at the moment. Edited August 26, 2019 by Bagpuss

Normally non starts provide the best racing but its frankly been awful. It's probably riding to quick.
Phil The Ace 2,860 Posted August 26, 2019 Racing wont improve. It's very grippy. Will be gate and go all match. I'm bored although happy were winning
Rob B 1,256 Posted August 26, 2019 Could tell before the meeting there was a very grippy strip in middle of track, get back wheel on that and your gone. Thought it might have slickened out by now but constant watering to keep dust down keeping it grippy. Heat 10 was a decent race finally.
g13webb 4,254 Posted August 26, 2019 We have only won 1 race our of 10 so far. Not looking good I'm afraid …...
Bagpuss 10,779 Posted August 26, 2019 Very, very flat performance by Lynn. Awful from the gate and not quick enough on track. Lambert obviously not fit and riding within himself. Not good enough unfortunately. Racing poor too making it a depressing afternoon catching up with one or two old friends at least so not all bad.
CB252 1,376 Posted August 26, 2019 Dreadful meeting it must be said. Should have stayed in bed. Don't think I can cope with a wobble fest at Wolves on the way home. British Speedway eh!
Gavan 5,050 Posted August 26, 2019 This result will almost put Lynn away from the play offs now Ipswich now need to get something from the home meeting against Poole as i can see both Belle Vue and Wolves getting past the 39 points we currently have Swindon will go top of the league tonight

MPT, Riss, Kerr and TJ have all been going well at Lynn, and looking fast.. Compared to last season, Lynn's away for has been dire. I think they were last seasons top away points scorers, with around 13 away points.. acef 795 Posted August 26, 2019 Worst meeting I've ever seen at the NSS, absolutely dreadful. For whatever reason its riding extremely quickly despite it being so dry. And kings Lynn look like they cant be arsed
iainb 5,011 Posted August 26, 2019 It's still better than anything served up at Leicester

They water it every bank holiday when it's hot like this. It's not bone dry, but there definitely isn't the same amount of moisture as a night match, naturally in this heat. No dust at all but it's still riding really quick and is very grippy. Miracle how they done that in such hot weather.
